Balsamic Honey Pork Cutlets

5 boneless pork cutlets
1 Tblsp. Baharat Kuwaiti spice mix
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
3 Tblsp. honey

Preheat a medium size skillet. Season one side of cutlets with Baharat Kuwaiti spice mix. Mix together honey & balsamic vinegar in a small bowl. Brush seasoned side of cutlet with honey mixture to lightly coat. Place cutlets seasoned side down in preheated pan.

Repeat seasoning steps above on unseasoned side of cutlet in pan. Turn cutlets to evenly cook. As you turn the cutlet, reapply the honey/vinegar mixture with a brush to keep meat coated. Cook until meat is browned and center is no longer pink.

Serve on a platter with juices.
