French Onion Rice

French Onion Rice
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 can (10.5 ounce size) condensed French onion soup
1 can (10.5 ounce size) beef broth
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup butter, sliced

Preheat oven to 425*. In a small casserole combine rice, soup, broth and mushrooms. Place butter slices on top of mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
